… I have been satisfied with my experience here. The working ambience at NCAR is friendly and supportive for everyone. I mainly worked under the supervision of Dr. Chris Snyder, but at the same time I worked closely with Dr. Arthur Mizzi, Dr. Jeffrey Anderson, Dr. Helen Worden, Dr. Tim Hoar, and Dr. Nancy Collins. Working with this experienced team of scientists was a great experience for me; as they were very open to share the knowledge. They were also keen to provide necessary information and guidance on different tasks and constantly gave feedback on my work. There were challenges all the time, however, I felt privileged to associate and work with such a highly reputable organization as NCAR. My experience at NCAR was very enriching and gave me an opportunity to interact, learn and share ideas with the specialists in my fields which broadened my thinking and knowledge about the subject. This exchange experience also offered a snapshot of a scientific career and prepared me for future career.
